    Horrible service and even worse customer service. My father had a new key made here, and on its very first use it became stuck in the door. After several minutes of struggling, the key finally came loose, but the lock was left damaged and the door would no longer open. My father returned to the shop to ask for help figuring out what went wrong, only to be told by the “owner” that they were not responsible, that it wasn’t their fault, and that my car was “junk.” No attempt was made to help or take accountability. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    This is one of the greatest businesses in Ogden, I was in a rush and he just chopped the key and literally gave it to me Free of charge.

    They were quick and friendly. I had bought a new car fob for a push start vehicle, and I brought it in to get the key part cut. I was in and out in less then 10 min. Very happy with their service

    Made my chipped key copy but wouldn’t turn in lock. Made another, same thing. The guy took apart my glove box lock to look for a key code, but never could get it reassembled properly. He forced the key in both my door lock and my ignition switch, my original key has difficulty turning in those locks. After he forced it and said it would work, I said I don’t want it if it doesn’t work smoothly and he jumped out of the car and yelled to give me my money back. Now I have new problems instead of a solution. I know they’re not gonna change it.
