It made me comfortable to have my daughter, who was 2,000 miles away, be able to safely store her items. Allowing her to come home to us over the summer and then return knowing that everything was secured. Once we reach the end of the contract I was able to simply make a phone call to Brian, the store manager, and he was again very helpful. There were no issues in closing out. My daughter made sure the unit was empty and swept clean. I also told her to return the lock and key to the office but we were reminded by Brian that we paid for the lock and key and should keep it for any future rentals. I will definitely use them again if my daughter needs it for the next summer.
