They increased the rent for our unit from $102 to $169...that's about a 75 per cent increase, and we weren't made aware until we attempted to make a payment. They have contacted us by email for any other correspondence, but for this they sent a letter to an address where we aren't even residing, so basically, we had no notice or warning. Now our payment will probably be late, costing us another $20+. How can this be acceptable practice for any business? I believe that would be considered a "bait and switch" scenario. This is, at the very least, extremely poor customer service and is highly unethical. We are VERY dissatisfied and plan to move our things out as soon as possible. I will not refer anyone and I don't recommend renting a unit from this facility.
