- DBDillon BirdOct 26, 20253.0Not impressed with this place been here for about a year we will be moving in a few months but the price also increased for us within the first 6 months One thing that drives me crazy is almost every time I go to my unit the security gate is open. Like what is the point of getting a closed unit if the gate is open most of the time. No one is there when it’s open. If I knew it was gonna be open all the time I would have gotten a cheaper place that isn’t gated but I wanted to have a gated place to keep my stuff. Overall it is a good unit just some tweaks need worked out

This storage complex used to be called storage express my current rate when I started was $104 a month for a 10x20 unit. Now that Extra space took over, my monthly rate has jumped up to $185 in six months even though they are advertising the same unit for $127. I called and asked if I could get the $127 price since that is what they're currently showing for the same size unit. I was told that is only a promotional deal for new customers and that their rate will go up to $214 within 6 months. So be aware of promotional prices vs what you will be paying after 6 months.
