I ordered a customized paint, but the color did not match the sample at all. When I tried to exchange it, I was told it was non-refundable because it was a custom mix, and they made me buy a larger container to get the right color. Very unhappy with the service and the product.

They advertise that they cut the plexiglass you buy in store for free. But they don't tell you that if you buy a 4'x8' piece of plexiglass, they cannot cut it at all. "It doesn't fit in the booth." Said the gentleman cutting the keys, that cuts the plexiglass. After you purchase it, they send you to the plexiglass cutter, where "Mike should meet you soon." But, Mike only came when he had to cut a set of keys. After I waited patiently for 20 minutes. Honestly, none of my experiences at this Lowe's has been great. No one ever asks if they can help. And they avoid eye contact the best they can. I go to this location because it's close to home. But, I'm over it now. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid this store, like their employees avoid me when I need help. Home Depot at least has people that don't grimace when you ask for help. At This location, I have to go to the returns desk just to get someone to ask someone to help. The department help buttons trigger nothing but avoidance, until you leave the area. Then they get cleared. This place is only good for taking money. Do not go here for help, knowledge, services, or decent general customer service. Then they didn't help me get the glass in my car.

Went to Lowe's this morning in Murray UT about 500 W 4700 S
It was 7:30 am received great service from Lily and Ayan they both went above and beyond find a price on an item very patient and pleasant.
They gave me a card to do a survey unfortunately I lost my receipt so I wasn't able to do the survey so I thought I would do this review and hope someone important reads it thank you girls for making my morning very pleasant keep up the good work, next time I'll do my email receipts they won't lose it.

Shout out to Todd, we came looking for a trim to go around our shower pan to fill a gap. Todd initially sent us to someone in the plumbing department but after no luck we started heading to check out when Todd caught up to us and asked if we checked flooring for the trim. We hadn't so he looked it up on his phone and actually stayed with us and helped is find exactly what we needed. He really went above and beyond. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Again, huge thanks to Todd for making our day and not giving up even when we did!

My item was not received by the “delivery” date that was communicated to me. There were no updates initially after the first text notification after purchase. I had to contact the store myself to ask about the status of my order. It took multiple calls and being told the “assembler” wasn’t working until the following week (I paid for assembly), however I wasn’t notified until I called to inquire about my order and delivery status. The order was delayed, my husband took 2 full days off of work based on the “status of delivery” that I was informed of, neither of the 2 days was my order delivered. Once we did finally receive our order there were chipped paint off of the front stone area of the fireplace and the inside wasn’t correctly placed to where I saw an LED light instead of the “fireplace” logs. My husband and I had to fix this ourselves. I have never been more dissatisfied with Lowe’s for the amount of money I paid for this fireplace. I do not think I will continue to be a loyal member, I will take my business elsewhere.
