Megan, the lady at the entrance, made me create an account and provide all my information, which I did. Even though she refused to give me a free cup because “there was an error in her app” (I showed her my account and everything), she didn’t care and didn’t give me a cup. She was so rude. I asked someone else, but the other woman didn’t help either. She said there were more than 100 cups left, so I could try again in a couple of minutes. I came back five minutes later after signing in again, but Megan wasn’t there anymore. What happened to the rest of the cups? Who knows. I don’t think they ran out. I felt frustrated. The staff members don’t care about customers. I won’t be back.
