    We have spent 10’s of thousands here over the last couple months and they still look at us like we’re stealing. They refused to help us figure out my grandmas rewards to the point that they’ve expired and they refused to help us. They stand over your shoulder and watch you at self checkout. Incompetent and rude employees when you do get help. I asked 3 different people to help with her rewards and they kept telling me well you can just call. Unacceptable.

    My item was not received by the “delivery” date that was communicated to me. There were no updates initially after the first text notification after purchase. I had to contact the store myself to ask about the status of my order. It took multiple calls and being told the “assembler” wasn’t working until the following week (I paid for assembly), however I wasn’t notified until I called to inquire about my order and delivery status. The order was delayed, my husband took 2 full days off of work based on the “status of delivery” that I was informed of, neither of the 2 days was my order delivered. Once we did finally receive our order there were chipped paint off of the front stone area of the fireplace and the inside wasn’t correctly placed to where I saw an LED light instead of the “fireplace” logs. My husband and I had to fix this ourselves. I have never been more dissatisfied with Lowe’s for the amount of money I paid for this fireplace. I do not think I will continue to be a loyal member, I will take my business elsewhere.

    Horrible woman working self checkout. Never have I met an employee who hated their job so much and acted so put out to have to do the bare minimum. “Can you get out of the way” this woman is rude and just miserable. Clearly this woman doesn’t want to be there and will punish you that she has to be.

    Today 2/19 just before 10 am my husband went in to pickup some stuff. When loading at the loading dock some workers from Lowe’s moving some rebar hit his white work truck. He did receive an apology but didn’t seem genuine. The truck is a little on the older side which in my opinion they could care less. The workers just need to be more professional and careful with other people’s stuff.
