  ** Danger and Safety Risk ** Please be aware this locations gate is broken. It will not open from the inside once you’ve entered. You are forced to exit out of the pedestrian door and go outside of the storage facility to enter the code, run back to your car to hurry and exit before the door closes. This poses a great SAFETY RISK to my elderly mother and anyone else. Not only is she forced to run back to the car to attempt to exit while the door remains open, but she’s forced to stand on the street in the dark while typing it in. Not to mention it isn’t a safe neighborhood. I called and spoke with the “assistant manager” Christine who was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak to a manager or even provide their name or contact information. Said it was a violation of their policy. Amanda was great, not only is she no longer there but the customer service and quality has left as well. It is not a safe facility. I recommend anyone to go elsewhere. She wouldn’t even give me a timeframe on the issue, the excuse was that the part is on backorder and they do not know when it will arrive. It has been broken 2 to 4 weeks with no timeframe insight. Horrible service with Christine working there. * To reiterate: you are not able to exit the storage facility gate after you have entered. It is broken from the inside. The only remedy is to walk out the pedestrian door, stand in the dark, public road (lots of questionable characters walking by at night) and type in the code - then hurry and run back to your car and exit. They are aware of this and simply taped a piece of paper on the gate keypad. *Edit* While appreciate the pretend customer service response; I’d like to point out the contact number they provided goes directly to Christine - whom WILL NOT forward or provide the managers contact information. They won’t and did not resolve the issue, it’s unsafe, go elsewhere.

  While the unit, billed as 20'x15', turned out to be "multi-unit" and would not work (vehicle is 17' long), this particular site went above and beyond to try to help and figure out how to make it right. Much appreciated.

  Do not rent from this place they are liars and all they want is your money we have been with them since in September and they told us the price was not going to change a good while we haven't even been there long enough and the price went up we weren't even informed they said they sent a letter in the mail which we told lady that we did not live there she just said it's fine we just need an address to put down we told her we would rather have everything emailed or phone call or text but instead they chose to Tell something stating that the price was going to go up we went in last month to make a payment and still didn't tell us that the payment was going to go up the payment went up to $240 when we were paying a $160 and it hasn't even been that long I have a unit with public storge and have been with them for 4 years and the price just barely changed not only did they send me a letter but I also received an email to inform me the price was going to be changing witch is what should have been done here. I will never rent from this place again or send anyone here I will stay with public storge for good. Then we call and this older lady answers she is super rude talking about if u keep talking I'm going to hang up the call and won't do anything to help you this is what you do to loyal paying coustumers then I don't want to stay or send anyone your way public storge is my place to go and will stay with them for a cuple more years. We have been there 4 months and the price went up what is wrong with u guys The lady said that they mailed the letter which is a lie we have not received anything in the mail but when we got the unit we told them that the address was my wife's mother's address and we would like to go paperless so why they didn't email us blows my mind and when we went in to speak to somone Christine was super rude not only to me and my wife But also to my wife's brother and my 9-year-old son she went on saying she didn't care about the job anyways and she had put her 2 weeks in because she came into some family money so she didn't care if this is the kind of people you hire than wow that's insane to me Amanda is the only good one there.
