Built my reselling biz from zero in their 10x20 units with the small mom and pop that owned it originally. $156/mo, no power/heat at first, scaled to $500-1k daily sales on Whatnot. Pulled up to Extra Space signs one day when they randomly took over and booted me mid-live stream in my unit for "running a business." Zero notice on ownership change, total disruption. Scrambled with U-Haul, girlfriend's garage, now townhome. They'll flip on you overnight and tank your livelihood. My protein bars will haunt them forever. Steer clear from unreliable garbage. Manager is nice and friendly and just does his job though so shoutout to him.
