- CCCary1 day ago5.0This is a good store. I went to buy some mulch that was on sale unlike home Depot they had someone there to help me load it up. To be honest when I can't find something at home Depot I can normally find it at Lowe's. Why it's not my primary hardware store I don't know perhaps I need to give it a chance.

We were told by the employee who suggested the bricks to us that we could purchase treated 2x6's for the garden, and that they could be cut to length for us in the store. Yesterday, we returned to Lowe's for the 2x6's. After loading nearly $400 worth of 2x6's onto a cart, and taking them to the area where they are cut, we were told by an employee that they could not cut them, because it would "gum up the saw". Goodbye Lowe's. Hello Home Depot.

Said I had to have a professional plumber fix it before they could do anything. I turned off the water by switching the knob and even removed the hose myself. Still refused to take the broken washer and bring in the new one. They then took my new washer away. I will never use them again. They are lazy thieves! Honestly after paying more than $1000 dollars this should not happen. I now have to spend money to drive to a laundromat and then spend more money to wash my clothes. Go to RC Willey, they actually do what they get paid to do.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
