She was able to break down the options. She discussed what was in inventory and the order system they used. She gave me real pros and cons to the differences in appliances, something that these new AI online review of products miss. DEFINITELY WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN ALL THINGS TO ABBY.
- SSSarahFeb 21, 20261.0I'm giving a one for this love because I registered for this diy kids event and they never got my registration (even though it said I did for each child!) or they printed off the registration too early. It was such a blow I've been out of my way to come down to the slows and they couldn't help me! And the future I won't be registering for these things because they're very unreliable at Lowe's I'd rather go to Home Depot. They've never let me down with something like this before maybe they just are prepared for situations like this until they have extras, but that was super frustrating Lowe's super duper let me down and they didn't care. Poor customer service.

Then, I went back and ordered a pedestal for the same appliance and they charged $79 to deliver. No explanation. The order was $100 more than they said it would be, with taxes and everything considered. I was quite disappointed in the “cabinets” department for not being more clear. The customer service lady who ordered it for me gave the wrong prices. ;( She said “the pedestal is $298 but the delivery fee is $50.” (That means, to me as a customer, that the order is around $350 plus tax. Tax happened to be $22.20.) So… why was the delivery $79 and the total order $450? Suggestion to the company (if they care to improve): ——please be clearer on the TOTAL amount——. Otherwise, I feel I was cheated on something. It’s something about customer service ALL employees should be taught!!!!! And….delivery fees…..why was it so much more for the pedestal???? Can they be standardized?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
