Shortly after I started walking around the store, she ran up to me and said “sir, we can replace it in store for you” That’s the customer service I was hoping for. 1) Kudos to Cindy, for following up even after tell me no, 2) to the supervisor for allowing it, 3) to Lowe’s for giving their employees the autonomy to honor the lifetime Craftsman warranty. Will be back for ALL my craftsman purchases. Thank you!

I usually go to Home Depot, but when I told my 1 year old we were going, she said “not the spookies” and started crying because of HD’s scary display this time of year. So we went to Lowe’s instead, which had a small Halloween display and an advert for more spookiness online, which I loved for my kiddo’s sake! The staff was super helpful, five employees asked me if I had found everything OK or if I needed help. They were all so kind and helpful! I will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
