  We have always had good experiences in the store and during deliveries. Today the gentleman who delivered for us had to take multiple doors off to get in and never acted like we was a bother or taking up time. That is very much appreciated Thank you gentleman for taking care and pride in what you do

  My experience with RC Willey started off great. I was greeted by Brian Shelley who asked me what I was looking for and with his help was able to find a great 4pc sectional and a entertainment center.. if this was the extent of my experience I would have put 5 stars without a second guess. However today while the sectional sofa was being unloaded the worker showed me the damage it had. There was a large black stain across the bottom and one of the legs was completely broken. This was not a “brand new” sectional sofa because the wrapping was haphazardly on it and the legs were already installed . So this was a below quality return that they then tried to give to me. I refused this damaged and dirty sectional sofa. The rest of the furniture I ordered was brand new as expected. However when I called customer service to try and get this resolved they were rude and dismissive and continued to state they could not assist in anyway and once the warehouse confirms the damage then they will go from there. I was advised the soonest I could possibly receive the new sectional sofa was Monday.. Keep in mind you have no say so on the time this is delivered so this will be another day of missed work because of an issue caused by RC Willey. I will not be purchasing any further furniture from RC Willey because according to the delivery workers this happens quite often.

  The couch is awesome and it was delivered on time. However I paid an extra 100 dollars to have it put together. When I got looking none of the connections were put together and instead just pushed together. We also had to take the couch apart anyways to move it to where it was supposed to go.

  I walked into a store that sells furniture and saw a Twin Serta mattress that I liked so I purchased that mattress and told them to send it to my house. Their first available day. They in fact did send it to my house when they said they would. It was very prompt. The best mattress delivery service I have ever had. five stars!

  I purchased a Blue Burrito from RCWilley and it was delivered to Idaho Falls on a thursday ( that’s the day they come to Idaho. ) I was advised about when they would arrive, then the delivery guys called 10 minutes they would arrive! They were great I have no complaints unless they took a pillow out of the wrap before they came in my house. The mattress was wrapped in plastic and the pillow fell out of the wrapping when opened .The problem was that there was only one pillow instead of the two that was supposed to be to be in the wrap with the mattress. I didn’t notice until they left. Now either they took the pillow out of the wrapping before the rest came in the house I don’t know I called the store in Layton and talked to Customer Service and She talked to the store manager in Layton and he said that he didn’t know what happened to it! He said they could come up with one if I drove down to Layton Utah to pick it up! I said well why can’t you put it on the truck next Thursday as I know you guys sent the truck up every week and he said he couldn’t/wouldn’t do that. Then I asked him if he could just order me another pillow from the company and he said he couldn’t WHY I asked and he said the bed comes from China in the wraped up plastic! Of one mattress and two pillows! We were going back and forth between a girl in Customer Service and the Manager and back to me back and forth! I didn’t understand why I was getting Roadblocks right and left and I told them this was not good customer service. I worked for a major Airline for 33 years and we always in at least in my job always had good Customer Service that’s what we were made of and this is unacceptable to me as I always bent over backwards for our Customers. Then he got exasperated with me and just said he would refund the $95.00 for the shipping to get rid of me but here I am with only one of the blue burrito Pillows and he made no effort to see that I got the second pillow. I would have paid for another pillow if he would have gotten one for me. Anyway I’m not happy about either their customer Service or the attitude of the Layton Store Manager. Still with only one pillow Mrs Cook
