  Happy with products purchased but very unhappy with credit department. I purchased a sofa in August including blue rewards program on my account. Paid it off in full, using a $37 check recieved from the rewards program as part of payment. The $37 check bounced, check was too old. Charged for that, I paid it. Then K got a bill last month for thd Blue Rewards program, apparently not included in first billing??? I paid with check by phone, bank rejected check because account # had been recorded wrong and bank was unable to locate my account. I was charged for bad check as well as rewards program I thought I had already paid for. I have canceled my account, after being a loyal customer for over 30 years.

  Wasn't very happy with this, I bought the kitchen combo, first my salesman didn't tell me that you have to buy the install on the dishwasher, if you dont your machine doesn't come with a plug, you have to go buy one...good to know...you buy one for about 30 bucks, the install was 125.00 for them.to hook it up...next a third party has to install the microwave, if I would have known this I wouldn't have paid the 125.00 install for that!! Next when the guys unloaded my fridge the left side had a big fent in the door...we had to remove both of the front doors to the house to get it in the kitchen..either order a new fridge or just replace the one dented, I had already sold my other set had to have a fridge!!!. salesman of course apologized...this was all threw text...im not happy...there was no info on how or when I would get the new door, but when it arrives at my house call him for the install...take another day off work because the time frame is a 4-6 hour block when they will come...great!!

  RC Willey in Layton has a beautiful showroom and attentive, courteous salespeople. Our scheduled delivery was right on time, and we received helpful updates along the way. The delivery drivers were professional, friendly, and careful while bringing the furniture into our home. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We’re completely satisfied with our experience—from the moment we walked through the doors, to delivery day, to now enjoying the new furniture in our home. The quality of the pieces we purchased is exceptional. We’ve shopped at RC Willey multiple times and have always had a great experience. They consistently offer nice furniture and appliances at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

  I want to sincerely thank Devin, Customer Svc Repair, Utah for everything she did to help get my TV repaired. I truly appreciate how she coordinated every part of the process—from arranging the dismounting and remounting, to working with the repair technician, and keeping me updated throughout. Her patience, dedication, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would also like to thank the RC Willey Techs who came out to dismount and remount the TV. They arrived on time to ensure the TV was ready for the Repair Tech’s visit and kept me informed about their return schedule so I wouldn’t be without a TV overnight. Thank you very much — great job by everyone!

  Let me begin by saying I have purchase multiple appliances and furniture from RC Willey over the years. The sales staff there work on commission. Often you can't make it through the store without having at least 3 sales persons ask if they can help you. This has always been the case when I have walked in with my husband. A couple of weeks ago, I went in with my daughter, wanting to purchase a leather sofa. Aside from the person at the door who greeted us when we first walked in, not one sales person ever spoke to us. This was fine at first because I like to look around a bit without a sales person bugging me. However, we were there for 2 hours without anyone helping us. Several saw us and then looked away. It felt like they saw us as 2 women who must just be looking that day, and the sales staff were only interested in couples where the man was present to make the purchase. However, I came to make a purchase. Eventually we took a picture of the tag of the couch we wanted and walked to the back to make the purchase. We were asked who helped us. I replied no one helped us. I was informed that I could not purchase the couch without a sales person writing up a ticket. Ridiculous. We left without purchasing the couch. I will either purchase it on line or find a couch elsewhere. I'm not giving someone credit who made no effort to help us.
