    I purchased a Blue Burrito from RCWilley and it was delivered to Idaho Falls on a thursday ( that’s the day they come to Idaho. ) I was advised about when they would arrive, then the delivery guys called 10 minutes they would arrive! They were great I have no complaints unless they took a pillow out of the wrap before they came in my house. The mattress was wrapped in plastic and the pillow fell out of the wrapping when opened .The problem was that there was only one pillow instead of the two that was supposed to be to be in the wrap with the mattress. I didn’t notice until they left. Now either they took the pillow out of the wrapping before the rest came in the house I don’t know I called the store in Layton and talked to Customer Service and She talked to the store manager in Layton and he said that he didn’t know what happened to it! He said they could come up with one if I drove down to Layton Utah to pick it up! I said well why can’t you put it on the truck next Thursday as I know you guys sent the truck up every week and he said he couldn’t/wouldn’t do that. Then I asked him if he could just order me another pillow from the company and he said he couldn’t WHY I asked and he said the bed comes from China in the wraped up plastic! Of one mattress and two pillows! We were going back and forth between a girl in Customer Service and the Manager and back to me back and forth! I didn’t understand why I was getting Roadblocks right and left and I told them this was not good customer service. I worked for a major Airline for 33 years and we always in at least in my job always had good Customer Service that’s what we were made of and this is unacceptable to me as I always bent over backwards for our Customers. Then he got exasperated with me and just said he would refund the $95.00 for the shipping to get rid of me but here I am with only one of the blue burrito Pillows and he made no effort to see that I got the second pillow. I would have paid for another pillow if he would have gotten one for me. Anyway I’m not happy about either their customer Service or the attitude of the Layton Store Manager.     My washing machine went out. I called the salesman on Saturday and he was able to get it to me on Monday, which was very appreciative. The washer dryer combo was install today without a base. I just called the salesman to have a base added and was told that I would have to wait for the base because they have to ordered it and I would be charged a $50 installation fee because they had to install the base onto the washing machine. I was told if the base would’ve been ordered and installed with the washing machine today, I wouldn’t have been charged. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you need a base, make sure you order it and have it delivered with the washing machine or they will charge you extra even if it was just installed and they didn’t have one in stock. I also talked to customer service and they told me there was nothing they can do. In the future, I will be doing business elsewhere.

    The delivery was 2 hours late with no phone call or even an automated text to apologize for the delay. When I contacted the sales person who sold me the mattress at the end of my delivery window (5pm) because I was concerned my delivery was still 4 stops away and it had already been "4 stops away" for the past hour, he offered no apology, didn't offer to look into it and see what the delay was, or assure me that my order would be delivered today. When another hour and 15 minutes had passed from that point (6:15pm) and the delivery tracker had only moved to 3 stops away and I contacted the sales rep again, he didn't even bother to reply. So I finally called the store (at 6:45pm) and asked to speak to a manager because I'd had no response from my sales rep. They said the "manager wasn't there" (pretty sure there has to be a manager of some sort at the store at all times, so that was definitely a lie), and instead they transfered me to a call center. At this point it was nearly 2 hours past the window given to me. When I asked that they refund the delivery fee due to the extended delay and poor customer service, I spent 15 minutes (mostly on hold) before she was authorized to refund only half of the delivery fee. I paid for the delivery mostly because I am planning on buying another mattress within the year, but after this experience I regret even purchasing this mattress from RC Willey and won't likely be buying anything from RC Willey in the future unless it is something I can't buy anywhere else, and can carry with me out of the store. The delivery finally showed up over 2 hours after the delivery window given and the delivery guys were pleasant, but the horrible customer service received before that point has completely turned me off of RC Willey for future furniture purchases.

    My wife and I ordered our couch over the phone through one of uiur sale associates. What she had told us concerning the delivery was completely false. She said it would be earlier in the day but it was not until around 715 PM. The wife and I both had to move things around in our schedule to accommodate. We lost time at work. When I talked with a gal about the scheduling and how it was completely different from what we were told she was very professional and apologetic. I truly appreciated her for that but not her job. Your sale associate should have called us and explained and apologize. Your delivery crew were very professional and helpful. Thumbs up to them. We have been RC Willey customers for a while now and have always had good experiences, but this one was not due to your sale associate.

    The delivery was scheduled for between 1230 to 230. We had people on the way to help us clear the area before delivery. I was in changing clothes and my 85 year old mother was in the living room to wait for my sister and her son to help me clear the area. The delivery drivers came at 11am and they just put the recliner chair in the middle of the living room before I even came out of my room they were in their truck getting ready to leave. I had to run out and stop them from leaving and ask them to please come back in and put the recliner where it was going. Ok then after they left I found there was no paperwork left with the recliner or instruction manual for the electronic features etc. I have always liked RC Willey but was very disappointed with the delivery process this time.
