I’m very grateful to Mary and Chris in the painting dept. I had to match paint in my house or it would mean I would have to repaint nearly the whole house to make repairs needed to sell my home. I had wasted a lot of money buying small sample cans that weren’t matches. Mary was able to match the white I needed and Chris did fantastic at matching another color for me - it was spot on! I can’t say how grateful I am to both of them and their help and expertise so I didn’t have to repaint the whole house!!!! And they’re just very nice and have great customer service! I’m SO grateful THANK YOU!!! Lowe’s paint dept is where I’ll go from here on out for any paint matching needs!

This lowes refused to honor the sale price listed for these American Standard toilets. After speaking with multiple managers one said to honor but the other said not to and they ended up NOT honoring the sale price. They also would not perform a swap on a Craftsman screwdriver with lifetime warranty. The original one was discontinued and replaced with #CMHT65021 per craftsman customer service. Layton Lowes would not do the replacement. We went to Clinton Lowes and they were more than helpful and replaced it immediately.

Called to see if I could buy 5 pieces of quarter round trim that another store said they had guy I talked to said I have it in stock, but would not check shelf. I get that. However when we got there and found it they would not let me buy it. It was literally in my hand. Asked to talk to someone who could make decisions. She said they could not sell it either. We were told it was on buy back. Store inventory on line and in store said it was still for sale. So, don't trust online numbers or the people at the store. You got to see it to believe it, then hope they will let you buy it. Great business model!!!

Great service! I showed Bill in hardware what I needed and he was helpful, friendly, and very efficient! He knew exactly where it was and took me right to it. Then he double checked to make sure that I had the right screw for the mount, and that my TV was the right size. Very knowledgeable and concerned about getting me the right product for my project. Above and beyond service from Bill. It seemed to me like there was no other place Bill would rather be on a friday night at 8pm, because he was just thrilled to serve!

Ordered a stove. Was given an window to "schedule" delivery. 8am - 8pm is the window. Told would get notice day before. Didn't. Delivery calls, says at house while we're at little kid's basketball games. Say can be there in 10 minutes. Says can wait only 3 more, nothing they can do. Can't reschedule me either, and transfers me. The person that answers is from Lowes. They ask to schedule. I ask if there's anything more realistic than a 12 hour window. They get ornery and tell me to hold. Next thing I know I'm talking to someone at some other Lowes. Repeat the same cycle. Every other business offers at least a 4 hour windows. Never heard longer than 8. Lowes is a 12 hour window. Forget your job. Forget your kids. Take the whole day off.
