Around the covid era, couldn't help but notice that Lowes, who used to be garbage, lil-no associates in site, most inexperienced... It's like they and homedepot switched roles. Now lowes has great, very experienced, numerous associates eager to help. it wasn't until recently they also started going full self-checkout, but they still have the pros desk, and the lumber yard cashier(s). This is why lowes is our #1 in this area. Our least favorite home depot. Many years back they got rid of the old grey beards that knew what they were talking about, and replaced them with a bunch of kids that need to search on the stores smart phone system, every single question, and locations of products. Even basic things like "where are your paint brushes". I've literally had kids look me dead in the eyes and say "can you describe it?" Even the pro desk, is a self checkout, though they do seem to prioritize walking over to help the pros. Again, it's like lowes and home depot reversed these roles. I'm still a big fan of milwaukee, dewalt, husky, and others that lowes carries little-none of. But still, the people, atmosphere, and layout i prefer FAR more than going to the nearby home depot. I avoid that home depot like the plague! Even their parking lot is a lot better laid out. One bit of constructive criticism. The outdoor tree/floral selection was a fraction as much as home depots. Hope it's a lot better next year!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
