So, I called AZ 3 times and emailed them. No response. Then, yesterday we called Utah. My husband called AZ yesterday and emailed and got a response today. This light tracked from Utah to AZ to City of Industry, Ca(20miles from our home) to Kansas City, MO to Chicago, Illinois back to Colorado and hopefully soon to finally arrive at our house today. I am explaining all of this to you so your customer service will get a heads up to respond sooner. Yesterday, I called Layton, Utah and selected #2 Showroom orders and a sweet, sweet young lady, Molly answered the phone!!! Molly was the first human being that I spoke to in weeks of trying! Molly, listened to my story and empathetically stated that she would follow up with me tomorrow. She took my phone number and did call me today! She's a wonderful employee for your company!
