- JTJen TreasureFeb 14, 20265.0I had the most amazing experience in there framing department! I took in my own frame to get museum glass cut to fit, and Peggy went above and beyond to help. I went to what I thought was a more prestigious frame shop, and they refused any kind of help except spending 500.00 or more to re frame. I didn't have that kinda of money hence why I only needed the glass done. I bought a frame online that I loved for 50.00, and Peggy cut the glass for an amazing price. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel seen and heard. She knew exactly what I was needing to protect my autographs. She definitely needs a raise. Hands down the best customer service which is so hard to come by these days! Thank you Peggy for helping a girl get her most prized possessions protected from harm.

So I had stated that I was seeing if they had any pipe cleaners left because Michaels was out. She said “well yeah what are you wanting to know about them?” So again I said that I was wondering if they had any left and in what colors, she then proceeded to say black and gold so I thanked her and she said, “yup bye!” And hung up. Definitely not someone I’d like to be answering my phones. And not professional at all. I wish she would have given me her name. But I’ll definitely be calling corporate 🩵
