I left the store happy with my purchases.

They refuse to update their systems to compute discounts upon scanning. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I wonder which option really saves the store more money. Leaving antiquated systems/losing sales and customers. Or keeping customers and sales and giving your employees fingers a break, possibly reducing turnover.
