It said $79 for a 10x10 and I got charged $89 plus a $50 admin non-refundable fee (when other storage units only charge $15-$20) if you have to change units they will charge you a transfer fee, and increase the rent on you after 3 months. Most places is a year. The entrance to the units is frustrating, especially when moving things, because the door will close on you automatically. If you use the dolly the door won’t recognize it so you have to stand closer to the door for it to open back up. You have to use an app to get access into it even during business hours. Not worth it. Go elsewhere.
