- CCCeleste CuellarOct 24, 20251.0The service was very uncomfortable, the girl helped me because it was her job but I felt that she was very distant, she never gave me instructions on how to enter the property, I did it alone, then she did not activate the access code, I was with my baby and she could not even help me open the door, the FedEx helped me open the door with my stroller, I went, she gave me the unit and I did not know how to open it, I called her and she told me that she would go help me which she never did, I stood there for a long time I had to go to the office again I told her, she made a bad gesture for asking for help, she went with me being in the unit, she opened the door, annoyed she told me how to use the key as if I did not know how to do it, I felt as if she saw me as if I were an idiot, the truth is a very bad experience, I should cancel the rental of the unit but they do not return the money, I would not like to have attention from her again because I know that after this review she will be much ruder, I know that she could see me from the storage cameras the time I was with the stroller Waiting for her to come and she never arrived. If you can see the cameras, you would verify what I said.
