Had a chance to speak with Josh after I was upset about the price of my rental going up multiple times this calendar year. He took the time to explain the increases. One of them was an insurance lapse, and the other was the typical "demand of the market" increase. It was a significant jump. He walked through the insurance issue and allowed me to get that updated thus reducing my monthly rental again and worked on a fair price going forward. At least they were open to discussing and finding a solution. I've had no issues with this facility, or its staff. It's very well kept and maintained.

I have been renting from Towne storage in Utah for years, starting at the West Jordan location. We moved to Daybreak so we rented a unit at the Herriman location. We have been there over a year. Our rent was $365 for a 10x35, until recently they raised to $400. Their website rents the same unit for $266., I asked if they would honor that for me and no reply from management. The employee did say if my wife rented online we could just transfer all our stuff to the new unit. Really? You can just give me the same price? So I did just that and we will spend a few days moving, but just for a month or so until we can transfer everything to the house. How ridiculous, this company follows algorithms to get more money from their existing tenants. Will be leaving so reviews around.
