Be aware that you will have to pay an administration fee, insurance, and pay for their locks on top of your rent. I have rented at other places where all they require is a refundable security deposit on top of the rent, which was great. Also, this location does not label what units are interior, so you'll have to drive around a peak in each door, which is pretty annoying. To get out of the location the gate is not self-automated either, even though it says it is.
