    Usually really enjoy shopping here. Today the associates seemed stressed /overwhelmed. I love the variety of thing they carry. Fun to just browse I always find something I "need"

    I do love shopping here (Farmington) especially during the holidays, got to the cashier young brunette girl, says to me “free ginger snap cookies with your purchase if you ARE a member” so I put in my number, went threw 20 mins of signing in my app, pulling up my account, looking for the rewards so on and so on! She couldn’t find it so she kept saying “ well I don’t know” like she wanted me to move along, and then after all that she says “it must be for NEW rewards members!” It was a small pack of ginger snaps cookies, not that important but after all that, and seeing that I was a rewards member and made a purchase, she was wrong in what she told me, why was it so hard to just put the stinking cookies in my bag! What ever happened to good customer service???

    An item fell off a shelf, cashier made me pay for it. Then I had to clean up the spill. When I asked for her name she said it was against store policy to tell me. She had long brown wavy hair, brown eyes. Kinda tall. Red lipstick. Overall rude as hell.
