Then after we cleaned it out, we forgot to cancel for a couple of days, and they worked so well with us to ensure we closed the account. I would use this storage option again is needed. - AWAnnie WoodburyNov 9, 20252.0i gave it an extra star because the facility really is nice (minus the 2/3 broken doors) and well-kept. leaving this review now because after 4 months of renting, my rate increased without giving me notice. i’m not making tons of money right now so i’ve been budgeting very carefully and this place threw a wrench into everything and my payment declined. guess its time to sell everything i was storing there so i can eat and buy gas. super not happy guys. also - i am 10000% sure i never received notice. reading reviews from 7 years ago and nothing has changed from then to now. wish i’d read all of them before renting here. also i don’t give a flying crap about “market values” bc we all know that’s a bull excuse to justify scamming your customers. this SUCKS.
