    Spent a lot of money as my previous lazyboy couches were so good. They are no longer known for quality, the furniture in some ways is trash. They don’t routinely honor warranties as they state. I have asked to speak to the GM of the Draper store and only the sales person calls back. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEIR PRODUCT OR THEIR STATUS ON THE MARKET. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE NO LONGER A RELIABLE COMPANY!!!!!!

    Leisa is SO AMAZING she literally showed me recliners with EVERY little demand I had, and showed me my amazing options. She listened to me on a personal level and made me very comfortable. Definately would go back P.s for those that care, THIS is my favorite chair.

    Pros: Received the custom Finley power reclining leather sofa today that we'd ordered at our local La-Z-Boy store. Our sales associate, Holly, was very experienced and helpful. She presented options & suggestions based on what we’d told her we were looking for and answered all of our questions. She helped to ensure that we could confirm that the color and material we were choosing would match the pieces in our room. On the day of delivery, the driver called to say he’d be arriving early and to confirm it would be OK. The delivery team was very professional, ensuring the entry door was covered to protect it from any damage during the move. The new sofa was unboxed outside, carried in without any issues, fully assembled, and positioned where we wanted it. The Team lead, Christian, then demonstrated the operation & features and finished by asking whether everything was satisfactory and whether there was anything else they could do. The staff all get 5 stars for excellent customer service and support. Cons: It would have been very helpful if the store had provided removal of the old sofa as part of the delivery fee, which most furniture retailers do. As it was, I had to find a 3rd party to remove the old furniture at an additional cost on top of the delivery fee La-Z-Boy had already charged, and complete that before I could schedule delivery of the new sofa, which added a week to the overall delivery and additional work on our part. I'm giving the store 4 stars because they don't remove old furniture as part of their delivery, which is something a premium retailer should include in their service.

    My husband and I decided to get a loveseat as a Christmas gift for each other. My husband went to Lazy Boy and worked with an amazing salesman, Travis. They talked about everything as Travis showed my husband what they had. I went a couple weeks later to look at the one my husband liked, we live two hours away from the store, but my husband worked by the store, which hawk we didn’t go together. Travis wasn’t there, but another amazing sale agent assisted me and was able to look up what Travis and my husband looked at. I fell in love with the same one! We didn’t have time to buy it that day since we were flying out of town and planned to get it when we got back. When we got back life had a change of plans and my husband passed away unexpectedly. I decided I was still getting the couch since that’s what we wanted to do an our last shopping experience. Travis wasn’t there when I went down and bought the couch. He heard about my husband passing away and he called me to offer his condolences. He didn’t have to do that, but that says what amazing people Lazy Boy has working for them. He told me about the two hours he and my husband spent together looking at couches and gave me comfort during a difficult time. Lazy Boy products have a great reputation, but their employees are AMAZING! I will spend my money where I know of a great product but also know I’m genuinely cared about!

    I have never posted a bad review before in my life but my recent experience with LAZBOY customer service and their stores return policy has been so negative that I have to say something. Spoilers: their return policy is horrendous and if you run into an issue they will not help at all. Shop somewhere with a better return policy and stay far from here. The story: I purchased a couch on 2/2 and was told the return policy is 5 days from purchase. Mind you the couch wasn’t delivered until 8 days after purchase (2/10). Turns out my store experience was much better than at home and the recliner doesn’t have the lumbar support I need and it doesn’t work well with the angle of my tv. Super uncomfortable, back pain ensued, etc. I wasn’t able to replicate that well at the store, which sucks. I attempted to find a resolution two days later on 2/12, but the sales rep wasn’t there so no one could help. Went back 2/13, rep is there and says I can possibly return it with a restocking fee. No problem, it’s my fault. I’ll lose a few hundred dollars but at least I can start over. Perfectly fine. Well, no one got back to me for ten more days (2/23), where I was told there was nothing they could do and I was stuck with it. Good news though “the couch will get more comfortable”. Will the couch grow lumbar support? Not likely. After that it was stone wall and no further assistance. No attempt at resolution, no restocking fee, no manager reachout, nothing. Thanks for the money sucker you signed the contract now screw off. It’s been a long time since I have felt a company truly does not care about my experience or satisfaction. Plenty of opportunities to make this right have come and gone and they’ve only doubled down on their return policy terms each time. No budging and no attempt to help. This review is ultimately saying: do not buy from here, buy from a store with a real return policy. Buy from a store that will actually try to help you when you make a mistake. Buy from a store that is willing to work with you. This one won’t. I am proof. I’ll be the first to say that i was not deceived, the rep didn’t trick me, he did his job perfectly well. But sometimes when you buy things, you don’t get it right the first time. Sometimes you can’t perfectly replicate your living room in store, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Real companies are willing to work with you to find a resolution that benefits everyone. LAZBOY did not act like a real company. Hope my $1,700 carries you to glory. I am never shopping LAZBOY ever again and telling anyone and everyone I know to do the same, because they will not help when things go wrong and that’s what really matters in this day and age. Go somewhere that will.
