  We purchased a recliner couch and love seat with heat and massage functions. Without a close outlet for the sofa we opted for a battery pack. Those work great , eh. Not so much with a heated and massage option, and that was returned with no hassle . RC Willey is dedicated to keep the customer satisfied ! All is well…we had an electrician come and ad another outlet. Love the sofa and love seat, and love RC Willey !

  Our experience with RC Willey was top notch. The service, the expertise, the way they listened to our specific needs in what we wanted in a washer and dryer and then helped guide us to what would work best for us in our price range was awesome. I’m so glad I didn’t go to just a big box store. The specialized salesman Justin helped us so much and we are very happy with our purchase.

  Should have been easy, Called and paid for chair while I was leaving the Orem Store after a purchase I made there. This is the 3rd chair in a couple of weeks. Last 2 chairs wrap was coming off on the way home. As I live in Spanish Fork FYI. Looked like it was going to storm, so I asked that it be wrapped really well as I was worried about rain. Was assured it would be. As soon as I got on the 15 wrap started coming off, the down is the only thing that kept the wrap somewhat on. Then called will call and the lady was just rude, had to ask 5 times if it was ready. Whole experience just sucked. Leave it at that.

  These guys actually had the audacity to send me a letter— refused to take my phone calls because they know they’re in the wrong— stating that they wouldn’t replace a mattress under warranty they sold me because they (and the manufacturer) failed to print a tag on the actual mattress itself that you cannot remove the cover to wash it because the seemingly washable cover doesn’t appear to be fiberglass underneath (hint: the cover appears as if you can very much remove it for washing) By law, all warnings have to also be included on the mattress itself and not just the paperwork. Really— zero warning tags on the actual mattress itself stating you can’t remove it otherwise. Never removed or cut off any tags only my end, and my mattress had been covered with a protective cover the entirety of my ownership. Most fiberglass mattresses don’t have an accessible and zippable cover and generally leave those parts inaccessible. Very poor customer service on their behalf because of this situation. Won’t be shopping here again and took our business to Costco

  Was told my 8 bookshelves would be in warehouse by Dec 10th I agreed to delivery of furniture as long as it delivers before Christmas and I wasn’t interested in buying at all if delays pushed things into January or February We are 10 days past the date for delivery and installation. The holidays are pressing times. Let’s see if RCW will deliver. Sales rep with many years experience could at least give me a date that the bookshelves shipped from manufacturer to their expansive warehouse or showrooms. Still NO contact unless I call and enquire. Nowadays you can track mail packages, Amazon packages, and Uber drivers in real time. I hope RCW gets REAL with their customers when It comes to filling orders that are 100% paid for. Where’s the beef ?? Where’s my order ?? Delivery team was NOT pro class. I informed them that they could NOT deliver furniture through the main lobby of a downtown high rise building. I texted the text stream from RCW to deliver at level 2 parking to access the elevators that had been prepped to receive oversized furniture. They almost refused saying the furniture looked too big to fit in elevator, at least the one who spoke broken English; the other mover spoke no English. Thank goodness my Spanish is sufficient to order a pizza and an uber down south or my order and verbal helps would have been in vain. RCW has great expansive showrooms with eye candy everywhere and nice aromatics wafting in the air but I testify to the mighty business folk out there that beauty is only skin deep: To deeply care and gain loyalty with us, the common folk, you NEED to deliver !!
