    The Sales experience in the Draper store was very good. The delivery was terrible… Because the desk delivery was disappointing; it was an L shaped desk and they only had one of the sections. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t make the effort to get the other section until four days later; and, even then, I didn’t hear if they were coming until I called and complained.

    Wish i could give their customer service a 0 Star rating. I purchased a couch less than a year and a half ago. I spent good money on a nice couch that had multiple issues within the year and a half of purchasing. (1. the performance fabric did not come clean despite professional cleanings, 2. the seams tore in multiple places and separated in others. and 3. one of the lumbar supports on the backrest was broken.) I contacted RC Willey over a month ago about repairing said issues, they scheduled and canceled the appointment without telling me, so i had to reschedule for a week later, they then came and fixed the lumbar support, and the tech said due to the tears they will likely replace the piece since this was a major issue. After a month of dealing with no response, no shows, and empty promises, they are doing the bare minimum, saying we are abusing the couch, and avoiding the blame for a really bad product. Now they are telling us it will be 8-10 weeks to replace the cushions that are torn, and that they wont replace the cushions that are separating since there is no hole just separation. So when the separation finally rips it'll be a month of the same song and dance for them to just order a part and then wait 8-10 weeks again. After spending tens of thousands of dollars at their store i will never ever work with them again. We had a custom order in for a few pieces of furniture but will never work with them again due to my experiences with this customer service and warranty team.

    We have had the worst experience with RC Willy all around. We bought a couch less than a year and a half ago that was advertised as “performance fabric” that has since torn in multiple spots, has stains that cannot be removed (we’ve had this couch professionally cleaned by multiple companies), and came with a broken support. We purchased the warranty and they haven’t done much to help. The process to get things looked at and replaced is ridiculous. We have had to call and call and call in order to get someone to come look at the couch. After we finally got someone to look at the couch, they were not the ones to follow up. We waited weeks and then we had to call and call and call again to get any answers on what they were going to do about it. With kids, we figured a “performance fabric” completely washable couch was going to be great. However, I do not think you can say this couch is totally washable because when you remove the covers on part of the couch, it’s filled with down but the down isn’t in an insert. So we have to take the down out, put it in a trash bag, wash the cushion covers for them to not come clean, and then stuff the down back into each cushion. On top of that, every time I wash these covers, they leave a ton of string and fabric in my washer! They are literally falling apart. I’ve never seen anything like it. We were told they would replace the cushion covers but that it will take 8-10 weeks. I’m not stoked about having to replace covers every year. Not only this, but we special ordered chairs back in December and they keep pushing back the delivery date. We were supposed to get them beginning of February! How does a custom piece get back ordered? It’s been frustrating to get a hold of people, to get answers. Sorry, but you’ve lost my business. Do better. Would love for them to make this right so I can change this review to how good of an experience we’ve had. Please reach out because we’ve called a thousand times. I’ve never been so disappointed in a piece of furniture, a company, or customer service and will never purchase another piece from RC Willy. (Pictures are showing just one of many tears in the couch and stains that will not come out after being professionally cleaned 3 times).

    Do NOT shop at RC Willey. Seriously, no matter what deal you think you’re getting, go somewhere else. I bought a mattress that was supposed to cost around $2,000. Because of their ridiculous financing terms, I ended up paying almost $4,000 for it. Their policy is that if you are even one single day late on a payment, they retroactively apply all the interest to the entire purchase. (I believe it was around 20-25%) That is an extremely predatory policy that was never clearly explained when I bought the mattress. When I tried to get help, the experience somehow got even worse. I spoke with someone in the finance department who told me they would call me back about the issue. They never did. When I called back to follow up and tried to speak to someone else, I was connected with a woman named Sue, who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I even explained that I had been hospitalized for a medical issue, which is what caused me to fall behind on my payment in the first place. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding or compassion, she had absolutely no sympathy and was incredibly condescending. So not only does this company have predatory financing practices, but their customer service is also shockingly terrible when you try to get help. The fact that they are willing to double the cost of a mattress over late payments and then treat customers like they’re an inconvenience when they ask for help is honestly disgusting. Please save yourself the stress and the money and do not shop at RC Willey under any circumstances. There are plenty of other places to buy furniture that won’t trap you in awful financing terms and then treat you horribly when you try to resolve an issue. I am a business owner and would never think of treating people like this. My family has been very loyal customers of RC Willey for over 20 years and after this none of us will ever be back. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from RC Willey!

    We had a great buying experience with our sales guy, Walt. He had great communication about the delay of delivery due to shipments being behind due to weather. The delivery guys were kind. Unfortunately, the washer was dropped on cement and got all scratched up, but RC Willey took full responsibility and will be sending another as soon as possible.
