- JPJosh Pettit6 days ago1.0We purchased an electric reclining loveseat. It is a month old and already shows wear, when reclined one side reclines further. When not reclined one side doesn't sit up as straight. Remote control and sofa came out damaged, looked like a floor model of which we were told we got a new model out of the warehouse; tried to contact lazy boy And they just ignored it. Can still text the crap out of me about every sale... I think next time I'll just try my luck shipping it from China

Then I bought one from RC Willey, and although cute was just as uncomfortable. I determined to spend the money to get a chair I liked the looks of and was comfortable so I went to Lazy Boy. Good choice. They found a comfortable, beautiful chair for me covered in a fabric I love. I’ve learned my lesson. If you spend a little more, you get comfort, quality, and style. Paul was a great salesman and helped me find what I wanted. Very good experience, other than it took quite a bit of time. I was there on a tight time schedule. Make sure you have significant time to look, make choices and then have time for placing the order with all the paperwork. That last part was at least a 30 minute process. Seems like it could have moved a little faster.

With Holly's help we found the perfect couch, but it was much more than out max amount. Holly went above and beyond to let us know when a sale was happening, and checking prices. It finally went on sale for $999 and we snatched it up so fast! Holly was amazing to work with, and the delivery people were SO AMAZING, and so quick! Delivery took ~15 mins, the weather wasn't ideal, and they were so careful to make sure our couch was in pristine condition before leaving. LaZboy was definitely not our first choice and a random walk-in. But Holly was so amazing and respected our price range at every step, and was so attentive! If we ever need new furniture, LaZboy will be our first stop!
