- RLray LANG5 days ago5.0Went to Lowe’s Clinton location and was help by Steve in the lawn and garden department. He was extremely helpful and directed me where to go and then helped load my mulch into my truck. Had to make 2 runs and helped out both times. It’s people like Steve that keep me coming back to Lowe’s over Home Depot

We placed an order for supplies to build a shed and the delivery had some damage and was missing some stuff and had additional stuff that we did not order. I'm not sure why the order was not verified prior to delivery. And the delivery was also 3 hours past the delivery window given.
- SLShelly LeavittApr 8, 20261.0I use Lowe’s all the time. Yes I usually have to search for someone to help me and I wait awhile for it. Purchased carpets and LVP with installation. They contract out for that so if there are any issues it’s a big jump around to get answers. They told me what I wanted was in stock but because the installation crew has bad work ethic and I refuse to deal with them and decided I would rather deal with someone else suddenly it was a special order so I have to pay restocking fee. The whole thing has been a joke and all around ridiculous. Go somewhere else for this because it truly is a headache. If you like what they have great buy it but then find some installers else where to help you the rest of the way. If you look at reviews the ones with floor installation are horrible so maybe it’s a blessing in disguise. This experience has made me stop even wanting to shop with them

Where is the staff? I got what I needed and magically there was staff everywhere

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
