Haven’t had to deal with any inconvenience yet but they are very reassuring that if an issue comes up such as breaking contract or negotiating cost the manager will work with us and we will come out on the other end satisfied! This is my first time using a storage unit and I’m absolutely care free about my decision to trust Extra Storage and their amazing staff will all of our belongings!!! Thank you!
