    I went for a Hunter fan, very poor selection. No staff visible so I sought one out, wrong "guy", they paged a person who works in the lighting. Well he offered the Lowe's pushed brand, Harbor Breeze. Not a great selection here either. Told ...look online....Wow!!!

    Poor customer service! I came in to buy some trim to size blinds. I pushed the button for an associate. The bell timed out, no one showed up. I went to get something from electrical and tried again. Same thing no one showed up! Either hire more people or correct people that will do their job!

    I am really sad to rate this. We have always had amazing service. But this time was the absolute worst! We bought some discounted wood from outside. Ran home to grab our trailer. Mean while they loaded our purchased wood to someone else without checking for a receipt. Then when we got down there to pick it up they said oh well nothing we can do but refund your money. Very rude about the whole thing. We even called corporate. No good there either. They let the store do what ever they decide. Never have I ever been treated like that. Poor customer service. And to let people steal. Unbelievable!
