Since then thry have upgraded facilities, like the roads and soon the doors, but I dont like that they are cutting everyone's lock and helping themselves to units to change out doors. Been trying to call and make sure my address is correct so I can get my new keys but they never answer the phone and when I drive from Tooele to Clearfield to handle it, no one is ever in the office. Frustrated by the service, the constant price increases, and the lack of staff communication. Trying to find a new unit that actually cares about their customers not just money.
- ECErika CruzMar 9, 20261.0Don’t waste your time getting a unit here. Before they changed to extra space I got my unit at a low rate. This place is dirty, I have seen bugs in ‘climate control’ unit. There is leftover trash from other people’s unit. The lady at the office is kind and professional, however, the manager Robert is not. Robert is rude and impatient. The office was not open at 9:30, he got there at 9:36, he did not apologize for that. I was trying to get some information about my unit, and he then gave me attitude, raised his voice at me. I was in shock with the unprofessionalism that he displayed. However, if you do come here, I recommend talking with the lady than him. With the experience I had with him, I’m ok paying a bit more somewhere else where management is professional and kind and the units are clean.
