I was told they were available and that there was a special going on and that I would need to come in and fill out the proper the required paperwork and I scheduled off at 9:00 AM this morning. I got there they didn’t tell me that there was a $25 Fee for paperwork, as well as they didn’t tell me that I was required to have insurance from them or from another service and then they told me that the rental that I had requested was not under the three month special. It was very deceptive and a waste of my time I’m very disappointed in the storage facility and all I got was I’m sorry , I will never do business with them again, and I will never bring any business to them that they’re dishonest and very unapologetic. People be be careful if you decide to rent from this place peace, love respect.
