We had heard about the speed queen washer and how great they were but didn't know exactly why. He was able to tell us all the details in depth and sold us on it! I'm sure they are knowledgeable about all the other appliances too. It seemed by the way he talked, he eat, sleeps, breaths appliances. All speed queens are sold at a set price so it's worth supporting a small business. Plus they will take your old appliance off your hands with your purchase!

They had what I needed in stock and went out of there way to deliver early in the morning so I could have a working dryer soon and before Christmas! I highly recommend.
