- BMBryan MDec 23, 20251.0BAIT AND SWITCH I've had a unit at this location for 3 months. The rate I signed up for has been constant, and no where does it say that I was receiving a promotional rate. However I just received a 30 day notice that my "Promotional rate is expiring" and will be increasing from $125 to $234. This is shady business. They let you get cozied in and then tell you they're increasing your rate so it's a hassle to cancel and vacate if you don't want to pay double the rate you agreed to for the unit. I will absolutely 100% be vacating earlier than the billing date to extract as much $ in prorated rent back. About my unit, access has been good. Unit is very dusty. But the value of this storage facility is no longer there. I'm reading other reviews left and this is a common issue. They say it's a "Market review to keep up with current rates" while they still market the other units available for the same price I was previously paying. It's Les a market review and more a business model. If market rates need adjusting, why advertise lower prices, knowing that you're going to send a notification in the mail (which most people won't notice because it looks like junk mail) that you're raising their rates. Absolutely despicable. It's a business model, not a market rate adjustment. Your replies to these reviews are insulting to think we would be stupid enough to believe that. I've read other reviews where the owners response clearly says at month 4 expect a rate increase, and another comment saying they occasionally review the market value.... I'm just more appalled at how they will blatantly lie and give inconsistent information and it's publicly available if you seek it out. I've made it easier for the next person to see how Extra Space really does business. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SHADY CORPORATION

Marc was so helpful while we figured out what size unit we would need and informed him of all our options and was super patient with all our questions since we are storing long term due to an international move. This facility is super clean and I feel safe with storing our stuff here. We see staff regularly walk the property ensuring that everything is well maintained. Highly recommend this location.
