- JPJustin PumfordOct 17, 20255.0EDIT: the manager who helped me with a lock and move out was exceptional, and the because the move in/move out process was so good, changing my review to 5 stars I still moved out since I don’t like how much they changed rent after only 3-4 months, but everything else was exceptionally good. That manager was fantastic. Original review: They will raise your rent significantly after about 3 months. They will say you had a “promo rate”, despite their contract and listing saying otherwise. Since it’s month-to-month you have no recourse except to move out. Save your time and energy and go with another provider
- JEJohnathon EskanoOct 4, 20251.0I moved into my storage unit 10/03/25. Great move in! The two gentlemen were great. I came back 10/4/25 pulled in and realized I didn’t have my unit key. I called the front office to ask if there was a master key or spare key the facility may have. The individual working the front office immediately became rude. She then went on to say it was against the law for storage facilities to have such a thing. I explained to her this was not correct. She freaked out and started yelling! Screaming I can’t tell her how to do her job and she wasn’t going to argue with me. I said ma’am I’m just trying to let you know it isn’t against the law. Thanked her for her time and ended the call. I walked to the front office to sit and wait for my ride to come instead of me moving my truck since I live 2 miles away. She started yelling again! I said ma’am I was just trying to let you know that what you said was incorrect, why are you so angry? She went on another screaming rant. I said ma’am whatever you’re going through I hope it gets better. She then said her boss told her it was against the law and if I keep speaking she will have me arrested! I said ma’am you are more than welcome to call the police but I’m telling you that you were just misinformed. I also mentioned it’s ok to be wrong and corrected without feeling attacked. She called everyone she can think of including the police. I really hope she doesn’t have this interaction with someone else. It could result in a situation where she would actually need an officer. Again this has nothing to do with the guys that help initially. I also believe this wasn’t her home location and maybe just didn’t want to be at work which isn’t an excuse for poor behavior or service.
