We purchased a very expensive outdoor patio set we assembled. It took many many hours over three days and the last bit of the sofa is welded incorrectly. When my husband brought it back to Lowe’s to exchange it for another piece, they informed us it had to be the entirety of all of the furniture we had put together over the last three days. Which means we could do that all over again and there’s no guarantee. The next set would have a defective poorly welded piece and we’d be in the same boat that plus all the hours it took I will never ever shop from Lowe’s again. Know the Cheyenne store does not care.

Store sucks now. Prices are crazy, lumber is mostly trash, service mediocre, self checkout is ATROCIOUS. I’ve not had good service here in a long time, except for the paint guys. I avoid Lowe’s most of the time despite having previously been a frequent customer.
I’ve bought a LOT of stuff here over the years, from fence to tile, plants to cabinets, etc. And tools… thousands of dollars of tools. Dewalt, Klein, Hitachi, Craftsman, Kobalt… four rolling toolboxes too, over the years. PRO account and the Lowe’s Credit Card holder.
Today, I waited 15+ minutes while the staff goofed around and talked in some office doorway within eyesight, only to be casually declined for a discount on a cosmetically damaged toolbox. They suggested I buy it on the app for full price and have it shipped to store. Yes, what an idea… let me pay more, wait a week plus, and make a second trip… NOT HAPPENING!!!
Mind you I bought this exact box in 2024, and it was discounted 20% because it was scratched… and it was much less damaged than the one on the floor today. That doesn’t make your product look appealing, to have a defective one on display. I still own that box, and wanted a second matching one for another station, even though the quality of the Craftsman boxes is utter rubbish these days.
I told them about having bought one before, and they just told me “Chris” said no, and just to order a new one in. Well Chris, i’m not doing that. Your app is worse than the store, and the entire experience sucks. SO no, I will not just order one on the app. I will go to your competitor and buy a different brand of likely better quality toolbox, for substantially less money… probably less than this one would have been even with the requested discount. I really like my new Husky box, btw… I will be buying these from now on.

Tried to purchase 10 trellis that were marked down on the shelf to $8.97. Waited in line for them to tell me they cant sell them to me because they were marked down again to $.02. How frustrating!!!!!

Sweet gal going to school for horticulture waited on me. She was terrific and very knowledgeable. I had never heard of an air plant I looked at to purchase. She explained every aspect of caring for this plant. Great price too.
