Asked “customer service” and checkout persons for assistance with large moving boxes. They paged people, no one shows up. They redirect to anyone else. I have my toddler with me in a stroller. Ig they’ll only feel a sense urgency if I start dragging large moving boxes and totes to the front one by one.
No thank you. Went elsewhere.

I am giving this google review to only one person at Lowes. If I had to review the store I would give it a 2.I had to call the store four times and wait on hold and get passed from person to person telling me to call back after someones lunch or that they would call me back. Thankfully on the fourth try after hours of waiting, I got ahold of a manager in order pickups names Syrayah (sp?). She quickly took my concerns to heart and decided to unpack the toilet to see if she could verify the dimensions were correct before I made the three hour round trip to pick it up. Thanks to her I could rest easy that I wasn't wasting hours of my time and LOTS of gas money to pick this up! She was so great! This is the way things used to be. I know everyone at stores like this are spread thin these days but it didn't matter. She did her best to help me and it made a huge difference for me as a customer. Let's hope more businesses can help their staff go the extra mile in a world where thats hard to find these days. Thank you Syrayah!
