  Kyle Jefferds was fabulous. He was so knowledgeable and did not pressure us into anything. He explained all our mattress options and there differences and was a wonderful help. We did purchase the adjustable base to go with our new mattress per Kyle’s recommendation. So pleased we chose Denver Mattress and met and worked with Kyle just an overall wonderful experience.

  I contacted Kyle J at the Cheyenne Denver Mattress store to see if he could help me order some new Purple sheets. I have a set and they are wonderful! I was happy to hear that the sheets were currently on sale, I could order them over the phone from Kyle, and have them delivered to my home in Kentucky. The entire process, including payment and confirmation, took less than 10 minutes! I am so pleased and satisfied with the entire transaction. Excellent customer service!

  We had the BEST experience at Denver Mattress in Cheyenne, Wyoming! Kyle Jefferds went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable about every product. He was patient, helpful, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We ended up purchasing an adjustable base and a Doctor’s Choice Elite mattress, and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Kyle and Denver Mattress!

  ​Shopping for a mattress in 2026 is overwhelming and stressful with so many options out there. We could have gone to several different stores today, but we decided to stop into Denver Mattress—and we're so glad we did! The store manager, Kyle Jefferds, was fantastic to work with. We actually walked in with our minds set on a specific mattress, but Kyle helped us find a completely different setup that was vastly better for our needs, along with the perfect base. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful overall experience!

  We had an amazing experience working with Kyle! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured into buying something we didn’t want. Instead of trying to upsell us, he listened to what we were looking for and helped us compare several different mattresses until we found the one that felt right for us. What really impressed us was the attention to detail. Kyle even looked up our bed frame online to make sure the adjustable base we wanted would be compatible before we purchased it. That extra effort gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right decision. He was honest about the differences between the mattresses, showed us multiple options at different price points, and helped us find a setup that fit both our comfort preferences and our budget. We left with a mattress, an adjustable base, and a mattress protector, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re shopping for a mattress, ask for Kyle.
