- SWSam WattsSep 18, 20261.0They were good for the first month. Until my wife had an ER visit that took us to Morgantown Rubi Hospital to find out she had a life threatening blood clot in her brain while she was pregnant. This visit resulted in me losing my job so I attempted to file a medical deferral until I got a new job, my lease contract allowed for one every 60 to 90 days but they refused to file saying I already signed for one. So we tried to return the items they scheduled the pickup on a day I physically could not be home, I asked to have it scheduled on a day I would be home they refused. After this Joe tried to extort me for 3x my agreed upon payment or he would file criminal charges which is illegal. In the same call he verbally assaulted my wife worsening her condition with her blood clot risking killing her and my unborn child via the blood clot he was aware of it and still did it. After multiple attempt to return and 2 complaints to corporate I found at the most recent payment I made online they refunded and redistributed without my knowledge and doing that put my payments behind by 33 days and undid me catching my payments up. Mind you that is a violation of online banking laws. They tried to send it to court and a regional manager was flagged, the regional manager was able to resolve the issue. But not after multiple criminal actions from the employees including harassment happened.

He hangs up on customers, says we are not customers that we have to do as he says, I always pay on time and I am respectful until being disrespected. Jeff is an awesome employee very respectful and kind to customers. Aaron’s as a whole is a great place just the manager is absolutely horrible.

Our fridge is only barely over a year old but they won’t replace it bc warranty is only good a month after it’s paid off. Their stuff only lasts long enough for you to finish paying it off and loose your warranty and then it’s garbage and needs replaced. Basically scamming their customers. A $1000 fridge should last at least 3 years, not barely over a year and they should definitely give you longer than a lousy 30 days after it’s paid off. It’s ridiculous! Not to mention I’ve got 2 bearded dragons who now can’t eat vegetables until we get a new fridge bc I have no way to keep them fresh. And we gotta basically live on fast food and TV dinners(we have a deep freezer, not from here so it obviously still works lmfao) until we can replace our fridge. Save your money and go elsewhere before you end up with $1000 down the drain and no fridge to show for it. Then you, your kids and your pets all suffer due to a crappy/scammy business.

I’ve been cussed at and threatened by Joe and Andy I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate their wives being spoken to the way they have spoken to me. Buyer beware

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease.
