The most unprofessional people i have ever meet. Manager that is either soo buzy he can't be bothered to help or is not there. I was just denied a refund for a $24,000 order placed on 1/30/26 (because i sighned a contract they will not refund my order. I still have not received my complete order and install is looking a month to 3 out. @Lowes corporate was not nice either and I was told to wait. Now my family is waiting until they can tell me what they can do. Cat move into the house and I've been paying for all this since February. Im going have to report fraud to get my money back and was told that lowes has a great legal team (per the corporate lady)that will be happy to hear that. I will never buy from lowes again...

I wanted to share my experience with a Lowe’s appliance delivery.
The delivery truck hit my fence and pushed into my mailbox. I was in my garage with the doors open and watched it happen. The driver nearly hit my fence on the left side with the back of the truck, then hit the fence on the right side with the front. The spotter did stop the driver from causing even more damage, but the damage had already been done.
I later found out the delivery was handled by Rose Logistics, a third-party company. I was never told my delivery would be made by a third party, but they were representing Lowe’s.
I’m not asking for anything extra. I repaired the fence myself and paid a friend to help with the repair. I even agreed to replace my damaged mailbox with one that costs less than the one I had. The mailbox and post together cost less than $200, yet they’re only offering me $100. I’ll even install it myself—I just want the mailbox and post replaced.
Unfortunately, Lowe’s has told me I have to work directly with the third-party company, leaving me to handle the situation on my own. As a customer, I expected more support when damage occurred during a delivery arranged through Lowe’s.
I hope sharing my experience encourages others to ask who will actually be making their delivery and what happens if property is damaged.

found everything i needed but felt profiled by the older blonde lady working the self checkout. my younger brother and i went in to get a door (for my DISABLED GRANDMA) and the self checkout lady made it a point to absolutely stare us down and get really close to us, assuming, because we are two young people, that we we’re going to steal. ageism goes both ways and just because you are an older person does not give you the right to be judgmental to younger people.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
