Princeton WV Lowes has very few knowledgeable employees, I've encountered the useless and extremely rude ones more than not.

So I’ve never had an issue with the store itself. I own my own business and frequent this location several times a week. I will no longer be using this location and here’s why. They have installed ALPR cameras or Flock cameras at every entrance/exit. I do not want to be in that database. The majority of the country wants them gone all together. If you are not familiar with this technology please do some research before your next visit.

My significant other was profiled. They told him he was trying to steal a pencil, a notebook and 3 other things. He didn’t argue after being asked to go back inside, didn’t argue when they asked him to empty his pockets to which he only had his personal phone, work phone, change and lighter in his pockets. They still trespassed him, didn’t apologize, and treated him very poorly. He went there almost everyday for work supplies, why would he steal?

Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement

You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
