Bought a refrigerator on May 28,2026 Told me it would be ready to pick up that Thursday June 4,2026. Went up there to get it that evening.Lowes said they are still waiting on it. Ok. So went back again June 11. They said might be middle of month. Ok. So went up there June 18. Lowes say still waiting on it to come in. So Friday June 19,2026. I get a text talking about this item is out of stock.Explore my options. So I went back up there again to see what is going on. Tried to talk to a Manager this time, but he didn't want to help. He threw it of to another Young lady. She was very nice. She looked into it a customer service. She said five where on the way, but didn't know when it would arrive. Ok. June 22,2026 I get a text saying order has been cancelled. I won't be charged for it. I already paid for it!! What is going on at this place? I waited almost a month for this. So disappointed at them.

I will never shop at Princeton Lowe’s again, we called this morning to check on our order, extremely rude woman answered, just completely rude to my husband, we have been waiting for over a month for our order, nothing but excuses when we finally would get someone to answer. No one answers phones, no one reply’s to emails, we didn’t get any help at all about our order, just lies and excuses. Reading other reviews doesn’t look like anything has changed with the Princeton Lowe’s. We just canceled our order, and we will take our business elsewhere but I will let everyone know how we were treated and the crappy service from this Lowe’s.

Please dont buy the mulch they put on sale for 2 dollar a bag. It is all big sticks and chunks. Bought a pallet of it and it all sucks. It will definitely be my last year buying it.
