I have had way too many problems with this Aaron’s! 2 years ago I started a lease to own for a brand new fridge when I received it it was definitely not brand new it was used and had roaches in it, I called and expressed to the store manager at that time the issue and he was extremely kind to go as far as getting them out there the next day with the brand new fridge I was paying for and removed the other. Fast track to the beginning of this month that brand new exact same fridge stopped working ( how convient right now sooner it’s paid off it breaks) when It was found that it wasn’t working I had just got back from being out of town causing me to lose every bit of my food, full freeze lt and fridge. I had payed this fridge off back in March and continued to pay on the warranty for the fridge. When I put in the claim I was told by the Club claim to contact the store and speak with the store manager and they would help replace the food I lost. When I spoke with the now currant store manager she flat out refused to do anything for me and told me that they would cover it if it was within 60 days of paying it off to contact the club they would be the ones to do so. When I spoke to the club I kept getting sent to other departments and told it’s a the managers discretion, I have gotten a huge run around from every department with Aarons being sent back to the store manager being told they will not do anything to replace the food it had to break in the 60 days… So your telling me that because it was 90 days I’m out luck of getting my food replaced but not only that it could take up to 30 days to get the fridge fixed?! Are you kidding me?!? I have spoke to customer service over a dozen times being told a higher up will contact me and guess what I’m still waiting and havnt heard a word from them. I understand that if I paid straight out for the fridge it would be my problem but I paid for the warranty and not only that I paid on the fridge for 2 years well over $2000 and it breaks! I will never purchase from Aaron’s again the customer service I received from the store them selves is absolutely horrible, the new sm has no care at all I asked her for a hire up to contact me and she flat out refused, because she’s already spoke with him. I have never experienced something like this. I’m extremely irritated that the fridge went out within 2 years of having it for the amount I paid on it and on top of it the amount of food I lost. Do better Aaron’s.

Ordered washer and dryer and washer and the washer had a dent they just flat out ignored I even told them about it. Do not go to this location you'll meet threats and attitude and wrong or damaged product.

I have bought several things from Arron's and has always been pretty good. The service was excellent!! Just got a dryer and am very pleased with it. Got the dryer online but prefer going to Arron's on Stafford Dr in Princeton WV since I can see the product. Customer service is great there too. Give them 5 stars for excellence.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
