  Rachel Barlow, the in house interior designer, came to our new home while it was still under construction and helped us visualize how everything would come together. She listened to our ideas, answered every question we had, and offered thoughtful recommendations that perfectly matched our style and needs. We trusted her expertise, and every recommendation has exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with how everything is coming together. Our sales associate, Carrie Hall, was equally wonderful to work with. She was responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process. Whenever we had questions, she returned our calls promptly and made sure we always knew what to expect. Her communication and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. Together, they provided exceptional customer service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and expert design guidance. They truly went above and beyond, and we're so grateful for all of their help!

  Could not recommend them enough! The manager was so helpful and kind- even engaging our kiddos in the buying process. We chose a custom fabric and everything from picking out, purchasing, and delivery was smooth. Even delivered before the original estimated date!

  I can’t say enough good things about Carrie and how she guided us through the purchase of our sectional. She never made us feel like we were bothering her with too many questions and was happy to help explain everything to us. I felt like she really was able to understand our needs and that’s as able to give us more confidence in making the purchase. Carrie is excellent!

  We recently purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner at the Morgantown store. The sales associate, Carrie, that helped us was very accommodating. She helped us find and order the right chair for my husband who has back problems. Not only was she very knowledgeable about what was available, she was professional and friendly. She recommended different types of fabrics and colors to choose from and the type of recliner to purchase according to what we told her we wanted. We plan to visit the store again.
