  I had been planning to purchase a hot tub for my new house and while driving past floor pools I saw they had a sale. I have had hot tubs at five of my former homes, but this was the first one I purchased that was a saltwater system. The tub was delivered on time and looked great on the patio. I read the book from front to rear on how to take care of the pool and was absolutely lost. I called Travis and he was out here the next day and walked me through everything making me very comfortable with the Tub. I absolutely love my new Tub.

  Travis was absolutely the best salesperson i ever dealt with. Travis was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I, even when we had issues with scheduling for the installation of our hot tub,and platform, very nice. We would recommend Travis and Flohr pools for all hot tubs and pool spas. Thank you Travis and Flohr pools for everything, looking for a long relationship with Flohrs.

  Always been a pretty happy customer. They installed our pool. They have assisted when needed. They have a decent supply of items needed for our pool. We even went to one of the classes for closing the pool in the fall. Good customer support, good communication. The one area that I can think of that could really help pool owners. Educate pool owners on CYA chlorine lock. The 3 inch chlorine pucks are convenient but contain a stabilizer. The cya builds up over couple years and does not burn off. Each puck adds more stabilizer. Eventually leading to green/brown pool that is impossible to treat. We had water test done and bought some recommended chemicals in the store. I fed the test results into AI and it said we were in chlorine lock with a 214. No amount of chlorine, shock or algaecide would fix the problem. Look up "cya chlorine lock"or cya chemical lock" - fix it before it is too late We had to drain 80% of our water and refill. This little brown spot is a tiny area that formed about 1 hour after vacuum.
