After selecting a different living room set they returned to deliver and everything worked out perfectly. They were fast but careful and extremely professional. Highly recommend this Aaron’s all the staff was great!

Albert was absolutely great today as well and very personable too!

- MMMattSep 19, 20265.0Bryon and Albert delivered a washer and dryer set to my house today. The install went flawless, the machines are leveled and passed the test run (and currently running the 1st load in each). They were also both very knowledgeable about both products that were delivered. They took the time to answer some questions about the set that came up between purchase and delivery, and didn't try to brush it off, or rush the answer as they actually took the time to answer it properly and so that I understood everything and I had no further questions, before they went on to their next delivery. They also took the time to NOT damage the products nor anything in the house on the way to set it inside, they prepped what they could outside like putting the legs on and attached the power cords and so on, and couldn't have asked for a better experience between the sales people and the delivery crew. Thanks to Brian, Albert (delivery crew)and also Chris (from sales). For some reason the picture is not loading. I will have to post that later.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
