- JFJasmine FairclothJul 3, 20265.0Bryon and Brandon were amazing.they came the day the were scheduled by 11am.its 100 degrees and I live on a second floor.they got my 3 piece sectional,TV stand and TV in very timely.and even tho my steps are narrow without touching the wall or any damage.they also had no problems with helping me rearrange the couch til I was happy with the position.they made sure my TV stand and tv were put together perfectly and working.they were the absolute most sweetest respectable gentleman.they took there time and did such a great job still managed to have me all set in less than an hour.these to men I not only highly recommend but also recommend a raise.its not an easy job especially in this kind of heat yet they do it with a smile no complaints and are actually good at what they do.would definitely use them again and Aaron's is better for having them a part of there staff.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
