I have always purchased my appliances and remodel items from the Lewisburg WV Lowes, however after today's phone call with the Manager, I will now choose a different store. She was very rude. I recently purchased a stove, dishwasher and a refrigerator from there. The refrigerator has been a total nightmare for us. The doors weren't level, I had to have them come back the day after delivery, they stripped the leveler, and left it. 4 months later the icemaker went out. I called Lowes, was told there was nothing they could do, I needed to call the manufacturer. I call the company, they send me a new icemaker, only to send me an email and tell me they didn't have a technician in our area and they would send a return auth to Lowes in WV, I go to Lowes, and the returns dept told me they don't make that refrigerator anymore. What? I bought it 4 months ago, the demo is on your floor. They finally locate it, delivered today, we had to refuse the delivery, the back of the refrigerator was crushed. I call Lowes and ask to speak to the manager, got the run around until I finally demand to speak to the manager. No name was given to me, just a this is the manager and you will have to call the distribution center in Salem. Not even an I am sorry you are having issues or anything, just plain rude. Lowes Corporate, needs to train their managers better. They had my loyalty and as a Lowe's business card holder, but now I will spend my money elsewhere.

Not a big fan of this Lowe's. You can never find help, if you do they say its not there department and they will get someone. Good luck! Second they have almost none of the appliances in stock. We will order it and it will be here 3-7 business days. I could order one online so way come to the store? I can save gas and order it at home. And carpet installation if you want good carpet your waiting at least 3-6 weeks. And thier employees dont have anything knowledge and the ones that do are few. Basic needs and you know where and what you need this store is for you. If you dont plan to waste at least an hour.

Never shop there at Lowe’s again bought washer and dryer never even hooked it up. I’m 64 years old. A widow cost me $1300 and it’s setting in the bathroom not hooked up cost me $79 a piece for washer and dryer to take away, but could not hook up the new ones for me what a sad world we live in I’ve never had this happened to me before.

I purchased a Sharp microwave drawer for our home on Bald Head Island NC. This was a replacement item and the purchase was made on June 8, 2026. I also purchased professional installation at a cost of $375. The unit cost was $1400. Initially, installation was promised for June 13, 2026. The order still states "in process" and 5 calls to Lowes has yielded no answers as to when it will be installed. I find this to be completely unacceptable. Stay away from Lowes.
