- HBHoney BeeJul 15, 20265.0I am a weekly customer at this store, and I have NEVER witnessed such bad treatment to an employee by a manager. This managers name is Ashley, and I know this because the young lady working the register called her name out 3 or 4 times to ask for assistance to help me in the jewelry department. Ashley proceeded to death glare at this young lady for calling her name and continued to walk away. I just stood there in disbelief for this young lady as she was very young and I'm sure that was very intimidating to be treated like that by a person in charge and as a weekly customer at this location this isn't the first time I have witnessed this particular Manager being rude to her employees. A very nice young man named Logan immediately stopped what he was doing and offered me assistance. He walked to the jewelry department with me. They didn't have what I needed so he offered me his insight on alternative items that I could use for my project. I did purchase what he suggested. He walked back to the register with me and offered to cover the young lady working register because she had more training in the jewelry department to further assist me. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ASHLEY. This young man is always so polite and helpful when I am in this store. I would suggest Logan to get recognized for his hard work and customer service skills. And Ashley if that wig is too tight, I would suggest you unloosen the straps because these young employees DO NOT deserve to be treated this way by Management and they deserve a good role model. If Logan didn't come to my rescue this store would be getting a ONE star review but 5 stars for Logan. Thank you, Logan for being so kind. This world needs more Logans in customer service.
