He literally yelled at me to tell her he was picking it all up and then hung up on me. I called immediately upon getting home and told him he was incredibly rude, I had no loan and why on earth did he yell at me. He proceeded to scold me and said I shouldn't have answered the phone while driving because it was illegal and when I said he was being very confrontational considering I had no loans and had no idea what was happening he proceeded to tell me that I " sounded very worked up and should pull over and take a deep breath". This was the rudest most misogynistic, unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had. It boggles my mind that somebody like this works in customer service at all let alone as a manager. I called him back as a courtesy to see what was happening( again I have never even been to an AARONS) and was treated like garbage by some a hole on a power trip. So lame

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
