  I have to give props to customer service this morning. It was Paula and a colleague helping her that I think may have been a supervisor. But my problem was I had four appliances delivered and they fail to deliver the range cord. That caused me to drive an hour and a half each way to the store to get it. Customer service listen to what I had to say and then they told me to go grab the range cord that I actually need off the shelf and then they'll credit me for the other one. No hassle. Just understanding. And when I returned they remembered my situation and handle it in the computer system very quickly. But the whole reason I'm making this post but the whole reason I would take time to make this post is the supervisor lady actually apologized to me that I had to come and get the range cord. That is what I would expect from customer service but believe me very few do that. So kudos to this team.

  I went yesterday after I got off work to pick up a 90* elbow pipe for my husband. Brian I. was a great help. After a bunch of looking then a pic my husband sent he knew just what I needed

  Ok so made a order and one item wouldnt be there for a week so i called and asked to pick up the rest. It took 3 attempts. When ever you ask for a manager they ship you around 20 min. By the time i got help it wasnt help at all. So i guess wasting customers time and playing phone games is how these women want it. I dont need or want the drama i just wanted what i paid for. Simple as that. Run around call 12 times no one wants to answer . Its horrible and the last time.ive bought appliances and materials there for years. No more ill order from home depot. Yall in buckhannon are the worst customer service ive ever experienced. You lost this customer ty ill save myself the drama. Thank you. Lowes truly doesnt care at all. For real you call the reg customer service line and they say oh well . Smh If i could give 5 negative stars i would.. once this order is full filled ill never go in or order from lowes again. 4 days later... So today is wed and had a kid go pick up the order. The lady Debbi was rude and ignorant. The shower pan was forgotten the 4 sheets of frp 1 was white i ordered 4 grey . The inside mouldings 2 were not in stock and not loaded. When they went back to return the white frp and get the missing inside corners the corners were not there they debbi gave them a hard time. The pan was gotten the white frp switched for grey but the inside corners were not picked up they said come back tomorrow and didnt fix it on the website . I called your 100number given undernieth the answer was sorry nothing we can do. You guys are a joke. I want my inside corners smh this store is full of incompetence ignorance and worse than all arrogance. My rating is negative 4. Your customer service line is useless. Stop telling people to call. You dont do anything at all . Period. Buckhannon lowes is the worst store . Kelly the manager must not gaf next. No way i soend 1000 on a order and go through that again

  The employees are never around when you need help and if you finally find someone they are rude, lazy and DO NOT want to help you!!! Tells you not thier dept. ! Happens all the time. Another good one....customer ..where is the---? Employee...I dont really know, I'll search around....never to be seen again.

  Three years ago we purchased a washer, and paid for a 5 year warranty. The washer had problems and it was too expensive to repair so we were given a gift card to replace it. When we went to pick out the new one that is when the issues started. The 2 years left on the warranty does not transfer to the new washer so we had to purchase a new one. We had to pay for delivery of the new washer that replaced the old one of theirs that failed. We had to pay for the disposal of the old washer of theirs that failed. And we had to purchase new hoses because they won’t touch your existing hoses that were ones we purchased from them when the first washer was installed. My mom is 86 years old, on social security and to replace the broken washer with the extended warranty which she paid $250 for was another $270. So….the warranty was $250, the replacement cost $270and the washer was only $600 new. It seems as if Lowe’s was the only one that benefited. The gift card was $618
