- JCJessica Cole1 day ago1.0I have been dealing with Aaron's for a few years now, I have ordered my appliances and even some entertainment items with no problem from the appliances or devices themselves. However, I did fall into a financial hardship and grew frustrated with 5+ calls a day, no voicemail left and the worst was when I would receive a call 2 hours before opening. My most recent experience was having my stove fail on me and after a long day of work with a headache I had to go and seek a new stove. The store manager proceeded to stand and tap a pen while also being ignorant to my husband who was simply just trying to assist me and the salesman, when I grew frustrated I left and chose to seek elsewhere. Sadly, I had realized they were the only location to carry the stove I need, I proceeded to try again against my better judgement. I was told they couldn't sell me anything without the store manager's approval, so I proceed to call the next day and was informed he refuses to sell me a stove due to my attitude. I work retail and have done customer service for 15 years, by no means have I ever been allowed to frustrate a customer and then proceed to refuse them business. I could care less if it only effected myself, but however I have kids to feed and a microwave and grill only do so much.

As we walked into the store he was tapping a pen, a comment was made about how annoying it was, so instead of stopping he proceeded to tap faster and harder. We ended up leaving the store, and decided to go back the next day to get a stove. This manager then decided to red flag our account so we are not able to add anything else. If you don't want to have to deal with the drama or harassment from this store, Bridgeport Aaron's would be happy to have you as their client. They treat you with respect and professionalism.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
