- KSKristina SmithSep 2, 20261.0I paid off my washer and dryer set and I kept the insurance… thank Goodness cause shortly after , the dryer broke , they picked it up July 17 and said it would be 2 weeks . yesterday I called and was told it was delivered to Store on the 31st of August okay fine whatever made the appointment for it to be delivered to me I sat here from 3-7 all damn day so I call at 6:45 to see what’s going on and I’m told … “long story short dude giggles my drivers were told everything was loaded and um yours wasn’t loaded my guys have already gotten off today so um that’s why no one has came . Dude was so rude … so Aaron’s how am I going to be compensated for my time, not to mention the prolonged time of going without a dryer.

Store manager promised me he would make sure she never calls me again. Guess what still calls me. Tried talking to store manager Gary and he won’t do anything. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They are highly unprofessional and will lie to you about your due dates and threaten to get your items before your even late.

PATTY has been the most insufferable person to talk to. Everytime she calls it's with a horrendous attitude, aggression, and its just over all unpleasant. Even if it's to ask a question or make a payment she is always so disrespectful. And honestly I'm really really surprised she still has a job. Most employers wouldn't tolerate such constant disrespect to their employees and customers. Again her name is patty.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
