Melissa in the Garden Center deserves every bit of recognition she can get! My husband and I had already been to four different stores looking for plants for our landscaping project and came up empty-handed. We stopped in expecting to just look around, and instead left with two flat carts completely full of beautiful plants.
Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us. She not only helped us find exactly what we needed, but she also suggested great alternatives for the few plants they didn’t have in stock…saving us from having to order them elsewhere. On top of that, she helped us save money without sacrificing the look we wanted.
Customer service like hers is rare. She turned what had been a frustrating day into a fantastic experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchases. Melissa is an incredible asset to your store. She absolutely deserves a raise and my vote for Employee of the Year!
