- JPJason ParsonsMay 1, 20261.0Very rude delivery desk associates, waited 2 weeks on a delivery and on my delivery day they was a no show, they wasn’t even going to call me to tell me, after calling all evening I finally got ahold of someone and it was rescheduled for 2 days later. Call the morning of the new scheduled date and I get a very rude manager and delivery desk associate. This will definitely be my last purchase from this lowes. Not to mention I had taken off work for these delivery dates.

I purchased a GE window unit and it wouldn't turn on 3 days later. Apparently Lowes considers window units as major appliances, and has a strict 48 hour return policy, and it has to be brand new and sealed. Home Depot and Menards are right down the street.

Lowe’s had this HUGE order set up for pick up instead of delivery. Once that was settled, they couldn’t deliver because they had a truck that was too small to deliver. This was going to push the entire project back. The installer was kind enough to agree that they would pick up the order the day of installation. Then — Lowe’s delivers an unnecessary amount of plywood to the home the day the installation was finished. The installer did not need this. I called for it to be picked up along with 10 packages of leftover material. I waited all day today (pick up window was 11-3:30) and they never showed. I called at 6:30 pm and they claim “they didn’t know because they ticket didn’t print out” — this is BS… I called 3 times today for an update on their arrival and was told they were out and on the way. They are horrible!!!
