If i give 0 stars I would. I was here last night grabbing everything out that I could because the place was gross, moist, damp just flipping everything and destroyed my things. mold everywhere! I had a box filled with water ! I tried reaching out to someone and no one was on site while office hours are open until 6! I got there at 330! No one was there. I am so beyond livid. No warnings about if the air was working or not! We asked around from other people who stopped in for their storage and they all said the same thing of their things...this is not encouraging at all! $130 a month not worth it if you can't fix this place and you damage my things!!!!! I could go on but I think you got my point! Also edit been calling all morning and no answer ! Loved how the owner tells me to call the number but no one answers the phone. What kind of place is this!?

I've been renting various units for about 4 years. The place is great, except for the past couple of months. I understand that things happen. Things can break. But it has been over 2 months that the exit overhead door has been broken. I am disabled. I have a hard time getting in and out of my car. Some days I avoid going places. So getting in and out of my car 2 extra times because your equipment is broken is literally a pain in my back and hips. Some days I consider turning around and going out the entrance. In 2 weeks we are closing on a house and I won't need the units anymore. Those 2 weeks emptying the units are going to be painful.
So by your response it sounds like it won't be fixed.
