I had an unexpected delay in my moving date, causing me to extend my need for storage. Since I did not need another month, I asked Rita, the manager, if I could possibly get a 2 week extension instead. While I was hopeful, I didn't expect much.
However , I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for getting the additional time at a pro-rated cost! The customer care I received was a rarity. Moving is a big job (and $$), and some glitches can't be avoided. Thank you Rita for your understanding and kindness, and running a consumer- conscious business!

Storage space is very clean but all storage spaces today are clean.
What set apart Extra Space storage in West Allis, WI were the people that work there. Rita Bub is the Team lead and was great to deal with but all the other people (what at 68 yrs old do not remember) their names were equally delightful.

The most amazing experience I’ve had getting set up with a storage unit. Rita was so incredibly helpful and walked up through the different unit sizes and locations. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They better give this gal a promotion and see I will always be coming here if I need storage!
