I called this location after having such an excellent experience with another Extra Space location 6 years ago. Brianna was sharp, personable, patient. I rented 1 unit with an option for another. Great experience, superior organization.

The place needs so serious attention. We pay for a "climate controlled" storage building instead what we get now are both large bay doors open fully every day, letting out all the air conditioning and all internal massive overhead fans are off. Thede is trash inside, me that they employees do not clean the place up. Corners are crashed into and no signs of repairs coming soon.
The hours of operation state are until 6pm but she makes it a point to walk around telling everyone that is there that they have to be out by 5.45pm since she has be done by Yom. That's is NOT! My problem. Customer hours are until 6 pm!!!NOT 5.45PM!!
Corporate really needs to check the cleveland road and Oklahoma location.

This location is much more nice than where we were at. More space to move around inside, plenty of room for driving through. Clean, and easy to get to our units. Brionna is awesome making sure to explain things to us, and that the facility is kept up. She's one heck of a nice person to deal with.
