- TGTee Gee2 days ago5.0If I could give more stars I would crystal the store manager was super professional easy to talk and work with she helped me with a issue which was on my part and she didnt hesitate to fix the problem storage unit was perfect size clean and they even have carts to help with move in and out thank you so much [krystal] crystal definitely recommend this storage facility

Every time I call, she is the one who answers 99% of the time and I must stress the fact that the phone is answered!!! She is quick, friendly and unbelievably helpful! Yes, I could pay my bill online or set up auto pay but I enjoy the few moments, once a month, that I get from talking to someone in customer service who actually cares enough! I could go on with how great my experience is with her but most people don't read these anyway. Crystal (hope I spelled it correctly) thank you so much for all your help and getting my statements sent to my email over the phone which no one else could do...you are wonderful ☺️
