Grabbed a unit off of storage treasures from this facility went to pick it up said the unit was sold and vacant which makes no sense when I was the winner and got charged for the transaction fee get yall selfs together fr I never had this issue

I had to cancel my unit there since the man behind the front desk said he didn’t know where it was 🤯 Nathan literally said he didn’t have a map & apparently couldn’t see from the plethora of cameras where my unit was located. I drove around multiple times & was never allowed into the unit. Go elsewhere!
