- MBM BMay 12, 20265.0Got a flat on 41 southbound. Ended up in Lowes parking lot. Had to go in the store to buy a pipe to loosen the lug nuts. Was directed by an employee whose name I didn't get. Then another Lowes employee (Jose) saw us changing the tire, and offered the use of his jack, and wrench to change the tire. A very kind young man, who refused any compensation for his help.

- EDElizabeth DruryMay 7, 20265.0We picked up 50 bags of top soil and Kobe and 2 other young guys were so helpful. they loaded up 25 bags quickly and then told us to come back for the other half. they ensured that it wasn't too much weight on our tires. when we went back, there was an older bald man who unfortunately was the opposite of Kobe and the other 2. he was very rude to not only us but other employees as well. kudos to Kobe and the other 2 guys, you guys rock!
- LMLeo MillerApr 18, 20261.0Contacted this location multiple times for information on zero turn lawnmowers with intention to purchase a toro that was in stock. After a painful few minutes using their AI helper prompt I finally was able to communicate with a real person in the garden center. As I’m communicating my intentions with the associate they are loudly arguing with another customer or co worker in the background and after a couple minutes our call was disconnected. Pretty sure the dude just hung up on me cause he didn’t want to take an order over the phone. Called again and got the same guy, he said he entered my order and would said it would be ready for pickup the following week once their assembly team put the mower together. Called back a few days later to confirm pick up date because I had never received any email or text confirmations on my order. Turns out there’s no recount of my order or the transaction. Long sorry long go somewhere else if you’re buying expensive power equipment because everyone at this location expresses the highest level of incompetence. I recommend Parker power equipment in Caledonia wi, great service with people that will listen.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
